Membership/Subscriber Policy
Only the subscriber whose name, username, password, and credit card, if any, are associated with the subscriber account is entitled to access the subscriber area of this web site and related materials. Sharing access to the subscriber portion of this web site with other non-paying users may result in the cancellation of your account without any refund. By using the site you are agreeing to not republish, copy, reproduce, or distribute the web site content or related materials to non-paying users. By sharing or distributing this material the overall value of our offering is undermined and the efficacy of the trade opportunities shown within may be diluted. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription or any portion at our sole discretion, without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatsoever.

Subscriptions and Cancellations
Subscriptions are on an annual basis. The service/billing period is based on the day you subscribe, which becomes your anniversary date. Each billing covers the time from your anniversary date until the next anniversary date. Each subscription is billed in advance of the coming period, and there are no partial term subscriptions. Each subscription is automatically renewed at each billing period unless you submit a cancellation notice by email. You are responsible for notifying us by email if you wish to cancel.

You must, in the email, provide your username, password, your intention to cancel, and your current email address. You should consider your account NOT cancelled unless you receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your notice and that your account is cancelled. No refunds will be given. If you decide to cancel, you will have access to the site and related materials until the paid portion of your subscription expires.

Limitation of Subscription Availability
OD may limit the number of subscribers, in order to minimize the threat of too many traders attempting the same trades and thereby biasing the market by way of the trading of a high volume of contracts.

Trial & Promotion Policy
Any free trial period, discounts or promotional offers apply only to new subscribers. Returning subscribers are not eligible for such offers. If a free trial period, discount, or promotional offer is available at all, there is a limit of one offer per person. An email address or credit card or phone number signifies one person.

Refunds and Fee Disputes
Due to the exclusive nature of our subscription services, your subscription fee is non-refundable. There are no partial yearly subscriptions. By using and/or subscribing to this web site content and related materials, you are agreeing to pay the OD yearly subscription fees that will be charged to your credit card, or billed to you. Although we recognize your right to dispute erroneous charges to your credit card, chargebacks of legitimate charges will not be tolerated and may result in termination of, or refusal to renew, your subscription.

The Subscriber is solely responsible for understanding how to use the features of the OD website and for the set-up and maintenance of the user profile.  It is solely the subscriber's responsibility to immediately update your user profile when changes occur, including but not limited to address changes.

Trading by OD Personnel
Our personnel may own positions in the equities and/or indexes that are discussed in our reports, and they may also participate in our trade opportunities. We are not compensated in any way for presenting information about trade opportunities, and we do not accept any funds from any companies to promote or recommend their securities.

Advertisements
From time to time, OD may have advertising or marketing agreements with various entities, including autotrading or other services. Any advertising or marketing materials appearing on OD's web site have been paid for by such entities and are solely for such entities' promotional purposes and are not recommendations or endorsements by OD.

Tracking Page Usage
We tally the number of accesses to the pages and all of the registration pages that connect to the subscription process. The statistics on the pages allow us to keep an accurate count on visits to the site that aren't robots or random hits, since we expect only the interested potential subscribers will view our web site. These statistics help us to evaluate and improve our product for potential and current subscribers. We also tally how many times each of our subscribers log-on to the service so as to track the bandwidth that the site uses to provide content.
